Potato Mushroom Oyster Sauce

ingredients:
500 gr medium potato
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200 g chicken, cut into rough
150 g fresh or dried hioko mushrooms, halved
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder jitan
1 teaspoon salt

How to cook:

Rinse the potatoes and cut into pieces
Soak in cold water.
Stir-fry garlic until fragrant
Put the chicken meat, stirring until stiff
Add mushrooms, potatoes and seasonings, mix well, remove from heat.
Place on a hot dish, bake in hot oven 180 degrees C for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Remove and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve hot.

Bahan :
• 500 gr jentang ukuran sedang
• 2 sendok makan minyak sayur
• 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
• 200 g daging ayam, potong kasar
• 150 g jamur hioko segar atau kering, potong dua
• 2 sendok makan saus tiram
• 1 sendok makan kecao asin
• 1/2 sendok teh merica jitam bubuk
• 1 sendok teh garam

Cara memasak :
• Cuci bersih kentang lalu dipotong-potong
• Rendam dalam air dingin.
• Tumis bawang putih hingga harum
• Masukkan daging ayam, aduk hingga kaku
• Tambahkan jamur, kentang dan bumbu, aduk hingga rata, angkat.
• Taruh di pinggan panas, panggang dalam oven panas 180 derajat C selama 30 menit hingga kentang lunak.
• Angkat, taburi kucai cincang. Sajikan panas.
