Cara membuat isi:
- Panaskan minyak wijen
- Masukkan bawang putih, garam, merica halus dan bumbu penyedap
- Tumislah hingga berbau harum
- Masukkan daging cincang
- Tambahkan air ke dalamnya
- masukkan tepung kanji yang terlebih dulu dihancurkan dengan air.
- Aduk-aduk terus hingga hampir mengering
- Angkat
Cara membuat kulitnya:
- Gist dicairkan degan 50cc air hangat
- Tambahkan 1 sdk makan gula pasir dan 3 sdk makan tepung terigu
- Diamkan selama 15 menit sampai mengembang dan berbuih
- Campurkan adonan gist dengan sisa tepung terigu, gula pasir
- Uleni sambil ditambah air sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan licin dan tidak lengket ditangan
- Setelah itu adonan ditutup dengan lap basah selama 2 jam.
- Setelah adonan mengembang, bentuk menurut yang dikehendaki dan isi dengan daging.
- Beri alas dibawahnya dengan kertas roti atau daun pisang.
- Diamkan lagi selama 15 menit
- Kukus dalam langseng yang terlebih dahulu sudah dipanaskan dengan air secukupnya.
- Bila sudah matang, angkat dan hidangkan
