½ butir Kelapa parut, lalu haluskan
1 lembar Daun salam
Daun pisang untuk membungkus
4 butir Bawang merah (Bumbu halus)
3 siung Bawang putih (Bumbu halus)
2 buah Cabe merah (Bumbu halus)
½ sdt Ketumbar (Bumbu halus)
2 cm Lengkuas (Bumbu halus)
2 cm Kunyit (Bumbu halus)
Garam dan gula secukupnya (Bumbu halus)
Cara Mengolah :
1.Aduk Bumbu halus, udang dan kelapa
2.Ambil selembar daun pisang lalu masukan semua bahan. Selipkan daun salam lalu bungkus.
3.Kukus sampai matang
