Chicken rice cake

300 grams of rice
700 ml of water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
6 red onions, thinly sliced
Banana leaves for wrapping

How to Treat:
Creating the content:

Bahan-Bahan :
300 gram beras

6 butir bawang merah, iris halus
Daun pisang untuk membungkus
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Bahan isi :
200 gram ayam giling
3 siung bawang putih, dicincang halus
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 batang daun bawang, diiris halus
2 pohon kemangi, siangi
Cara Mengolah :
Membuat isi :
1. Tumis bawang putih sampai layu.
2. Masukkan ayam.
3. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
4. Bumbui denagn garam, merica, daun bawang, dan daun kemangi.
5. Aduk sampai matang.
Membuat lontong :
1. Tumis bawang merah dengan menggunakan kurang lebih 4 sendok makan minyak goreng, hingga harum.
2. Rebus air sampai mendidih.
3. Masukkan beras ke dalam air mendidih, aduk hingga terserap.
4. Tambahkan bawang tumis dan 2 sendok makan minyak goreng, aduk rata.
5. Sendokkan aron pada daun pisang lalu tambahkan isi.
6. Gulung lalu semat kedua ujungnya.
7. Kukus selama 25 menit, hingga matang.
